Show NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF MECHANICS LIEN BY ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given that whereas the undersigned, Thor-ley Thor-ley Motor Company, a Corporation Corpora-tion with its principal place of business at Cedar City, Utah, between be-tween the dates of July 1, 1950, and October 4, 1950, duly obtained obtain-ed and acquired a Mechanics Lien upon one 1936 Ford 8 Tudor, Motor No. 3106530, to secure the payment of the sum of $169.00, the same being the reasonable value of storage of said automobile, automo-bile, and mechanical work done on and parts furnished and installed in-stalled in and upon said automobile auto-mobile and storage of said automobile auto-mobile by the undersigned at the request of the owner of said property, namely, W. J. Lister, w hose last known address is 339 E. 21st South, Salt Lake City, Utah, and whereas the whole of said indebtedness remains unpaid un-paid and the undersigned is desirous de-sirous of foreclosing its said Mechanics Me-chanics Lien upon said automobile, automo-bile, by advertisement in accord-erce accord-erce with the statutes in such case made and provided, NOW, THEREFORE, the said property hereinbefore particularly particular-ly described will be sold, pursuant pursu-ant to Section 52-2-4, Utah Code Annotated 1913, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash on Saturday, the 28th day of Oc-tober, Oc-tober, 1950, at the hour of 10 o'- clock a. m. of said day, at IS South Main Street in Cedar City, Iron County, State of Utah, to satisfy the debt secured by said Mechanics Lien and The costs end expenses of these foreclosure proceedings.
