Show EXHIBIT "A' NOTICE OF TRUSTEE S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 14th day of April, 1992, at 12:00 o'clock p.m. at the East front door to the Main Entrance to the Davis County Criminal Complex, 800 West State Street, Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by FLEET MORTGAGE CORP., as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Lynn E. Adams and Kee-ly Kee-ly R. Adams, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded October 11, 1989 as Entry No. 871737, in Book 1317, at Page 290, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Crossland Mortgage Mor-tgage Corp., by reason of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded December 6, 1991, as Entry No. 950702, in Book 1455, at Page 677, of said official records.
