Administrator Diane Taylor, a resident of Bountiful for 17 years, has watched the growth of Heritage Place since its inception in 1979. An integral part of its growth, Taylor has participated as receptionist, recep-tionist, certified kitchen supervisor and activity director. With this wealth of experience she has been an accomplished assistant ad- ministrator for the past eight years. Taylor also serves on the State Board of the Utah Residential Care Association. "Working with other administrators has broadened my awareness of additional ways to meet the needs of our residents. I enjoy working with the elderly and appreciate their diversified backgrounds. It is a rewarding work. This is evidenced by the fine, caring staff with whom I work, here at Heritage Place." In the past two years, Taylor has overseen the remodeling of Heritage Place and shared in the building and decorating of 21 new studio apartments. To the delight of its residents, Heritage Place features spacious rooms and lounges, and an elegant circular stairway inside the beautiful beau-tiful half-circle atrium. These features not only make a statement of luxury but also emphasize a commitment to the community. For added peace of mind, residents in the new apartment have an intercom linking them around the clock with security personnel. Each studio also has fire sprinklers and smoke detectors for safety.
