Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following-described property situated in Davis County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale on the North front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, 28 East State Street, Farmington, Utah, on Tuesday, September 27, 1988, at the hour of 9:30 a.m., by Key Bank of Utah, formerly known as Commercial Security Bank, Trustee, for the purpose pur-pose of foreclosing a Trust Deed dated October 12, 1979, executed by George A. Townsend and Faye E. Townsend as Trustors, in favor of Key Bank of Utah, formerly known as Commercial Security Bank, as Beneficiary, recorded re-corded October 16, 1979 as Entry No. 547653, in Book 796, at Page 790, of the official records in the office of the County Recorder of Utah County, Utah, covering real property located at 109 West 2200 South, Bountiful, Utah and more particularly described as: All of Lot 11, MOUNTAIN AIRE SUBDIVISION, according accord-ing to the official plat there, recorded re-corded in the office of the County Coun-ty Recorder of Davis County. Notice of Default was recorded December De-cember 18, 1987, as Entry No. 081 1224, in Book 1210, at Page 318, of said Official Offi-cial Records. Said sale will be made without covenant cove-nant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, or encumbrances, encum-brances, and will be for the purpose of paying obligations secured by the Deed of Trust and expenses of sale as provided pro-vided by law.
