Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Coun-ty Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on the 30th day of September, 1988, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 257, MILLCREEK HEIGHTS PLAT "M", according accord-ing to the official plat thereof, on file and on record in the offices of the Davis County Recorder.
