Green i ' ; - t , r:7 ' f j ' y, u? e 1 k 'j-;i y 'y 'H I Susan Robins Green, 29, passed away Sept. 7, 1988 at a local hospital hospit-al after fighting a courageous battle with leukemia. She was born Aug. 29, 1959 in Ogden, to Lee W. and Eloise Flint Robins. She married Kevin Michael Green Feb. 12, 1985 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She had worked for First Security Secur-ity Corp. for five years and for Advance Electric in White Oak, Tex. She was reared in Bountiful, lived in Denver, Colo, and moved to Longview, Tex. after marrying. She graduated from Bountiful High School in 1977, and graduated from Ricks College in accounting. She was a member of the Bountiful 40th LDS Ward, and had served as a Primary teacher, visiting teacher and in the Young Women's presidency. pres-idency. Surviving are her husband of Bountiful; parents, Lee W. and Eloise Flint Robins, Bountiful; mother-in-law Faynell Green, Shreveport, La.; grandmothers, Mrs. Thelma B. Flint, Layton; Mrs. Jennie B. Robins, Bountiful; one brother and three sisters; Kevin F. Robins, Centerville; LeeAnn Robins and Louise Robins, both Bountiful; Mrs. Steve (Nancy) Thomas, North Salt Lake. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Lori Susan Green , an infant brother and sister. Funeral services were held Sept. 10 at the Bountiful 40th LDS Ward Chapel with Bishop David G. Lewis officiating. Interment was in the Bountiful City Cemetery. Funeral Fun-eral directors, Lindquist's Bountiful Bounti-ful Mortuary. Family prayer was offered by Steven G. Thomas; prelude, Ron Hubbard; "How Great Thou Art" by Kevin Nield accompanied by SUSAN ROBINS GREEN Dani Burgoyne; invocation, Nelson Nel-son Barksdale; remarks, Bishop David G. Lewis; ""I Just Called To Say I Love You" and "Forever and Ever Amen" by Gerald Dal-ling; Dal-ling; tribute, Nancy Thomas; medley med-ley of hymns, Richard and Robyn Robins accompanied by Wendy Robins; speaker, Bishop David S. Hansen; "I Heard Him Come" by Kevin Nield, accompanied by Dani Burgoyne; benediction, Clyde Robins. Dedication of the grave was by Kevin F. Robins. Pallbearers were Kevin M. Green, Kevin F. Robins, Steven G. Thomas, Carter Frazier, Charles W. Robins, Ron Green, Todd Neerings and Brady Neerings. Honorary pallbearers were Matthew Green, Jimmy Thain and Bradley Robins. |
