Show dinated Bonds of said Municipality authorized thereby, or any provision made for the security and payment of such Bonds, and that after such time, no one shall have any cause of action to contest the regularity, formality or legality thereof for any cause whatsoever. NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-14-21, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended, that on May 21, 1980, the Town Council of Enoch, Iron County, Utah accepted the offer of the State of Utah, Division of Water Resources, Resour-ces, to purchase up to $130,000 Water Revenue Subordinated Bonds dated June 1, 1980, at a price of not to exceed $130,000. If less than $130,000 is paid the Municipality will be obligated to repay only the amont of principal actually paid. Said Bonds, Pursuant to a Resolution of the Town Council of the Municipality adopted on May 21, 1980, are to be issued for the purpose of paying all or part of the cost of the following improvements im-provements to the water system of the Municipality : Constructing water reservoir tank, control system, piping and valves to connect said tank to the present water system, a pump and pumphouse, and otherwise improving and extending the present watyer system of said Municipality. The bonds mature on January 1 of each of the years and in the amounts as follows: YEAR AMOUNT 1982 $10,000 1983 $10,000 1984 $11,000 1985 $11,000 1986 $11,000 1987 $11,000 1988 $11,000 1989 $11,000 1990 $11,000 1991 , $11,000 1992 $11,000 .1993 $11,000 The Bonds are junior and subordinate to the Enoch, Utah Water Revenue Bonds, dated August 1, 1977, issued to the Utah State Board of Water Resources in the original a amount of $50,000. A copy of the Resolution adopted on May 21, 1980, by the Town Council authorizing the issuance and confirming the sale of the above-described $130,000 Water Revenue Subordinated Subor-dinated Bonds, dated June 1, 1980, is on file in the office of the Town Clerk of said Municipality in Enoch, Utah, where it may be examined during regular business hours of the Town Clerk from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after date of the publication of this notice; NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a period of thirty (30) days from and after the date of the publication of this notice is provided by law in which any person in interest shall have the right to contest the legality of the above-described above-described Resolution of the Town Council adopted on May 21, 1980, or the $130,000 Water Revenue Subor- |
