Show Local Firemen Thanked For Good Work At George Thompson Fire i Mr. and Mrs. George T. Thompson Thomp-son and family desire to express their heartfelt gratitude to the St. George firemen and to neigh bors and friends who safeguarded their home and other property last Friday afternoon, when fire destroyed their barn, hay, corral and cow. They feel that only the help given in this way saved the wind-driven flames from destroying destroy-ing adjacent buildings and property. prop-erty. Especially they mention Clayton Atkin, young son of Mr. and Mrs. Pudgar Atkin who turned turn-ed in the alarm, succeeded in getting the children and the calf out of danger and made a heroic effort to save their cow.
