Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMHER FOR SALE NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER SALE ASHLEY NATIONAL FOREST, GOVERNMENT GOVERN-MENT PARK SALE, located within T.l S R 20 4 21 E. SEALED BIDS will be received by the Forest Supervisor or his authorized representative represen-tative at the office of the Forest Supervisor, 437 East Main, Vernal, Utah, 84078 at 9:00 a.m., local time, March 26, 1982, to be followed immediately by oral bidding for an estimated 1878 M board feet of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The minimum acceptable bid per thousand (M) board feet is: Lodgepole Pine $7.72; all other species, $7.72. Additional deposits required for slash disposal are $4.65 per M board feet for all species. The bid rates will be subject to adjustment during the period of the sale as provided by quarterly adjustment during the timber sale contract. In addition, there is within the sale area an estimated 46 MBFof dead timber of all species which will be paid for at $1.00 per thousand (M) board feet, gross scale. The required bid guarantee is $1300.00. Timber included in this contract Is subject to the log export and substitution sub-stitution restrictions for 36 CFR 223-10. Bidders are advised that violations of the domestic processing requirement constitute a breach of contract and may result In contract cancellation, or in refusal to award timber sales to the violator, or debarment or suspensions from bidding on future timber sales. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
