Show Nursing home bid date postponed Advertising for bids on the new Uintah Uin-tah County nursing home has again been stalled and the date moved ahead, according to County Commissioner Roland Merkley. The floor space of the rooms have been reduced from 210 square feet to 170 square feel to comply uith state health official wishes. The total cost will remain the same It has cost the county nearly $70,000 in architect fees to make the changes in scaling down the size of the structure making it qualify for a certificate of need, reported Commissioner Merkley. Even though the facility has been trimmed, the construction costs will be about the same, maintains Merkley. |
