Show PUBLIC NOTICE At a public hearing held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 1980 in the Commissioners Com-missioners Room at the Uintah County Courthouse, Cour-thouse, the Uintah County Commissioners took the following action by unamious decision: 1.) Rezoned from A-l, Agriculture to 1-2, Industrial In-dustrial the following described parcel : Beginning at Center of Section 36, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, S.L. Meridian and running runn-ing thence East 20 rods, thence North 80 rods (parallel with quarter line), thence 20 rods West, thence South long the quarter line 80 rods to place of beginning. Containing Con-taining 10 acres more or less.- This is currently owned by Bud Markey and is located at 1012 East 1750 South, Vernal, Utah. 2.) Rezoned from A-l, Agriculture to R-2 Multiple Multi-ple Family Dwelling Units, the following described parcel: Beginning in the Southeast V4 Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, SLB&M and North parallel to the East line of said Southeast lA -1533 feet and North 8907' West parallel to the South line of said Southeast lt -793 feet from the Southeast Corner of said Southeast 'A; thence North 160 feet, thence West 593.23 feet, thence South 330 feet, thence East 614.57 feet, thence North 140 feet to Center line of 1220 South Street, thence West 21.34 feet along said Center line of 1220 South, thence North 30 feet to point of beginning. beginn-ing. Containing 4.1 acres more or less. This is currently cur-rently owned by Danny Marsh and formerly by Aaron Wilkins and is the Western portion of 1220 South extended West from 500 East.
