Show PUBLIC NOTICE The Board of County Commissioners of Uintah County, Utah will hold a public hearing on Monday April 28, 1980 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners room at the Uintah County Coun-ty Courthouse, to consider con-sider the recommendation recommenda-tion of the Uintah County Planning Commission on the following items: 1. ) Final Plat approval for Meadowbrook East Estates, a major subdivision subdivi-sion to be located at 1220 5. 500 E. 2. ) Final Plat approval for Jolley Subdivision, a major subdivision, to be located at 2050 West and 1000 North, just east of the existing Westland Park Subdivision. 3. ) Rezoning from H-l (highway use) and A-l (agriculture) to C-l, Commercial, Com-mercial, the following described parcel : Beginning at a point on the east line of Section 6, T5S, R22E, SLM, North 725.53' from the southeast corner of said section; thence west 193.00' parallel to the south line of said section 6, thence north 100.00' parallel to the east line of said section sec-tion 6, thence S 8450' W 401.95' more or less to the north right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 40, thence S 6028' E 681.92' more or less along the north right-of-way line of said Highway 40 to the east ' section line of said section 6, thence north 272.34' more or less to point of beginning.
