Show GOING SHOPPING AT THE FBI? The J. Edgar Hoover Building is an austere, fortress-like structure overlooking Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington D.C. But some new developments may be ahead. As reported in The Washington Star, the FBI is seriously considering renting out space in the building's ground floor to private retail-shops. The main problem says the report, is how to prevent spies from opening, say, a flower shop in the FBI building.
