OCR Text	Show New Yein Discovery Brings Hope of Boom SAN FRANCISCO, March 27 (UPI Mining circles Wednesday predicted a possible boomlet ln the historic gold mining town of Man-' Man-' hattan. Nev, after operators of the White Cape mine reported that leasers had uncovered a new vein of ore 18 feet wide and promising to yield about MO per ton. The San Francisco mining exchange, ex-change, which made public the discovery, received Information of the strike from officials of the White Caps Cold Mining company, operating near Manhattan. They said the new vein waa uncovered at the 1300-foot level, the deepest workings on the old property.
