Thurman In Third district court The court ordered the union, R. L. Reese, secretary; Charles W. Wentworth. business agent; Carl Roberta and Steve Tyne, pickets, to show cause by March 29 why they should not be restrained from picketing. G. R. Harmon, proprietor of the market seeks a permanent Injunction Injunc-tion against picketing and 11000 damages for loss of business due to the pickets' activities.
