Show LEGAL NOTICE (Continued from Page Eleven) , any person who shall become the owner of such building build-ing after the same shall have been built to omit, neglect, ne-glect, or refuse to remove the same within twenty-days twenty-days after notice ; provided, however, that the foregoing fore-going provisions of this Ordinance shall not be construed con-strued to prevent the removal of any building heretofore here-tofore erected within the above limits, when the same can be removed bodily, and without alteration, and with the consent of persons owning property adjoining adjoin-ing the place where said building is to be located; provided, such removal may be made upon application, applica-tion, with the consent of the city council, and filing with the city recorder the written consent of the parties as provided herein. The city council upon the recommendation of the fire chief shall cause all buildings and enclosures, which may be in a dangerous danger-ous state to be put in a safe condition or removed within twenty (20) days after notice. Section 8. Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, there-of, shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars or by imprisonment in the city or county jail for not more than thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 10. In the opinion of the city council of Springville, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Springville City that this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
