Show NAVY RECRUITS TO GO HOME CHRISTMAS Navy reci-uits entering the service now will be allowed to pass the holidays at home, full pay and other perquisites being granted. This information was received yesterday by Stephen AV. AVal-lacc, AVal-lacc, lieutenant commander in charge of the Salt Lake offices, from the navy department de-partment at Washington. The telegram stated that recruits may be granted leave prior to transfer until January 7, j in order that they may visit their homes j i during ihe Christmas season. Though the war has ended, the navy ' I will need many recruits, and the roll.-; ; I arc open to them, local officers say.
