Show USE OF STOOL PIGEONS DENOUNCED Special to The Tribune. , OODli, Dec. 18. Judge D. R. Roberts' of the city court today expressed his disapproval of the use of "stool pigeons" as provided in section 21), chapter 2 of the laws of 1917, when he dismissed the case of tho state against Jane Doe. When he heard the testimony Judge Roberts termed the action of the officer "beneath contempt and very reprehensible." reprehen-sible." District Attorney S. P.
