LARGE GRAIN STORES ARE MADE AVAILABLE WASHINGTON. Dec. IS. A large store of grain has been made available for relief re-lief of Rumania, Rul;;aria, Serbia y nd Turkey through the presence of the allied al-lied fieet at Odessa, according to information informa-tion reaching the stale department. This grain is a!mo:-t wholly in the Ukraine and the Germans were unable to remove it because be-cause of hostility of tiie population. While there is a seiiuus shortage of food in all four countries, Serbians and I in man i airs as allies undoubtedly will be aided first and tiie once enemy countries afterward.
