TRAFFIC OFFICERS SPOTTING OFFENDERS Traffic officers are working overtime these davs in an effort to catch auto-mobilists auto-mobilists who make a practice of driving driv-ing their cars past standing street cars. The policemen ride for an hour after their regular shifts are completed on outward bound street cars. When an automobile driver passes the car while it is standing the officers note his number num-ber and later swear to a complaint. Twenty complaints have already been sworn out, and Sergeant Lester Wire, in charffe of the traffic squad, says that arrests 'will be made in every case until un-til the impatient drivers have learned discretion.
