DECREE and DIRECT DI-RECT that the creditors of the Illinois Suretv Company shall, on or before ihe first ilay of Wt-ptembcr. A. D. U)i7, present pre-sent their several claims and demands to tho receiver herein, and that In default de-fault of the presentation or" such claims, pursuant to this ORDER and the NOTICE NO-TICE herein required to be given, the said creditors so defaulting tn present their claims on or before said September 1, A. D. 1017, shall he debarred from participating par-ticipating in any dividends or distribution distribu-tion of assets .of said Illinois Surety Company which may be made by the receiver re-ceiver under the orders of this court. The court doth further ORDER and DIRECT the receiver herein to cause a copy of this order to be published at least on'-e a week for three successive weeks, the first issue of s;iid publication to b not la tor than the ft rst week of April, in 17, in a newspaper of general d renin Hon. in the principal cities whfre t he. And! in addition to th above, the court also DIRECTS the receiver to mail a copv of this order to ul known creditors of the Illinois Surety Company who have not already filed their claims with the receiver and to also mall a .copy of this order to each of the agents of the Illinois Illi-nois Surety Company doing business with it at the time it went into the hands of a receiver under the order of this court.
