OCR Text	Show ISSUE WARRANT FOR ARREST OF PRINCESS LONDON, March 23. 3:05 p. m. Princess Edmond de Polignac, an American, Amer-ican, formerly Miss Winnaretta Singer, charged with others of defrauding the government in connection with the income in-come tax, failed to appear in Bow street police court today when the case was called. Her counsel read a letter from her, written in Paris, saying that she would like to meet the charges, but that her health would not permit her to travel. The attorney general suggested that the court issue a warrant for her arrest, which was done.
