"Wood, administrator adminis-trator of the estate of Swan Johnson, deceased, for confirmation of the sale of the following described real estate of said deceased, to wit: An undivided one-half interest in and to lots 16 and 17 in block 1, Thompson's subdivision of block 87, plat C, Salt Lake Citv survey, in Salt Lake county, state of Utah, for the sum of $200.00. And upon the following terms, to wit: Balance ot purchase price upon the confirmation of said sale by this court: as appears from the return of sale filed in this court, has been set for hearing on Friday, the 6th day of April, A. D. 1917, at 2 o'clock p. m.. at the county courthouse, court-house, in the courtroom of said court In Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah.
