Show PRIMARIES II HELD BY WEBER DEMOCRATS ..Delegates Are Selected to Convention to Be Held on August 5. ' i special to The Tribune. OG DUN, Aug. 1. Democratic voters n all of the city districts and most I of the country precincts of Weber county coun-ty held primaries tonight and elected delegates who will attend tho countv convention next Saturday afternoon. The total apportionment tor that convention con-vention is 110 delegates, the same delegates dele-gates to serve at the county nominating nominat-ing convention, to be called later. On Saturday afternoon fifty delegates will he selected to represent this county at the state, congressional and judicial conventions on August 18. The primaries iu Ogden City were" held by municipal wards,, and in most cases there was a large .attendance, nearly 200 persons attending the primary pri-mary for the Fifth ward, held in the 1'ifth ward amusement hall. Definite instructions were given to twenty delegates dele-gates in the fifth .ward pledging them to support only such candidates as favor prohibition by legislative enactment. en-actment. In almost every instance the delegates selected in other districts also will support candidates favoring prohibition.
