Turkish officers are now a familiar sights in the streets of Lemberg ! and the vanguard of the Turkish troops ! heing sent to the southeastern battle I front has already been detrained, accord-! accord-! lug to dispatches from the Galician capital. capi-tal. The Ottoman forces, however, apparently ap-parently have not been thrown into the struggle. The German commanders are biding their time to launch their counter blow at the Russians, disregarding the indecisive in-decisive successes which General Brussil-off Brussil-off and his associate army commanders may be able to attain by the tremendous expenditure of force.
