OCR Text	Show UNION MINERS ARE ORDERED TO LEAVE EUZARETHTOWN, Til.. Aug. 1. Scores of striking uinon miners, many accompanied by their families, came to Elizabethtown from Rosiclare today, reporting re-porting that they had been ordered to leave that community by 6 o 'clock tonight. to-night. The order, the refugees said, came from'deptity sheriffs acting under orders of mine officials and with the approval of part of the town officers of Rosiclare. Rosi-clare. They accuse the sheriff of appointing ap-pointing as deputies armed guards employed em-ployed by the mine ownors. The developments were a sequel to a shooting affray yesterday in which three men were wounded, two probably fatally. fatal-ly. The orders to move were delivered to all unionists today and all except a few obeyed the warning, according to the refugees.
