' 1 Prince " August Schrader, associate of "King'1 Francis Schlatter of New York, both alleged "divine healers," was arrested arrest-ed today on a federal indictment charging use of the mails to defraud. Schlatter and a third associate, Gus Algard, federal authorities said, were arrested today in New York. All were indicted on the same charge yesterday by the federal grand jury here. I Schrador was arraigned in the United States district court and pleaded plead-ed not guilty. Judge William 0. Van Fleet fixed his bail bond at $5000, in default of which he was committed to jail.
