OCR Text	Show Rvissla Is Not Entirely "Dry." Epecisl Cable to The Tribune. STCH'KHOLM. Oct. 2. Prohibition Is evidently not a complete amocess in Rua-giu Rua-giu The Novoe Wemya reports that many secret distilleries have been discovered discov-ered in the province of Astrakhan. For some time a prreat Increase In drunkenness drunken-ness was noticed In the province and a majority of the population seemed to be continually under the influence of liquor. An investigation was started, with the result that within a few days about thlrtv "moonshine stills" were found. In these secret distilleries a new kind of whisky was manufactured which Is far stronger than ths ordinary "Vodka." One of the Ingredients used for Its production is snuff.
