OCR Text	Show INTEREST IS TAKEN IN DISPLAY WEEK Newspapers Offer Advertising Space Prizes for Best Showings Made by Merchants, Much interest has beon aroused among the merchants of Salt Lake in "National Newspaper Display week," which will be October 11 to 16, and will be the occasion for featuring nationally-advertised nationally-advertised merchandise in all the shop windows. The four newspapers of Salt Lake have offered several hundred dollars' worth of advertising to tho merchants who have the best displays. The awards will be made by three impartial judges to be chosen later. The purpose of the display week is to convince the national manufacturers of the importance import-ance of Salt Lake Oity as a market for the goods and of the advantages to be had from advertising them in the Salt Lake newspapers.
