Mr. and Mrs. AHaben have been the honored guests at several informal receptions re-ceptions during their visit here. Mr. and Mrs. C. W1. Sorensen, Paul Monson, Leonard Petersen, Seymour Jensen and Clinton Poulson. Mr. and Mrs. H. LeBoy Xeilsen motored mo-tored to Thistle Thursday to meet Claude Stedman of Cleveland. Ohio, who will be a guest at the Neilsen home for a few days. Mr. Stedman, who is on his way to the California expositions, is a college chum of Mr. Neilsen. Miss Lillian Elder was hostess to the Twentieth Century olub at the high school building Thursday afternoon. An interesting lecture, "The Function of the Family in Human Society," was given by Principal P. M. Neilsn. Mrs. F. C. Jensen read a paper, "Rights of Childhood."
