In all warehouses where there Is no night watchman arrajigements should be made for one or two of the employees em-ployees to sleep on the premises and to be on watch during the hours of danger. In all buildings a supply of water and. if procurable, sand should be available, especially in the upper stories and ln rooms at the bottom of wello. Hand pumps for directing the water on the flames and liquid chemical fire extlngulehers complying with official specification Bhould be provided. |
