The Salt Lake Firestone brauch, controlling con-trolling torritory in five adjacent states, has enjoyed such unusual busiuess during dur-ing the past season that it has entirely outgrown its quarters. Extensive alterations al-terations are now under way which, when completed, will mean considerable more working space. The stock room was first to feci the cramped conditions. The demnnds upon that department and the necessity ot prompt service made a large stock room essential. The motor tire operations have increased in-creased to such an extent that a hydraulic hy-draulic press must now be installed and a complete stock of motor tires carried. The office has also been enlarged some twentv feet and the management now feels that the present quarters will be adequate for at least another year. W. L. Sewell, manager, and George C. Hewes, salesman, left last night for a short trip into Wyoming. Mr. Sewell savs he finds trade conditions very favorable fa-vorable and expects good returns even this late in the season. |
