Show PHILHARMONIC DATE IS FIXED BY BOARD Orchestra Will Give Its First Concert of the Season in Salt Lake December 12. The board pf directors of the Salt Lake Philharmonic orchestra held a business meeting yesterday morning at the Consolidated Music hall, at which time they decided upon December 12 for the first concert of the season. Mrs. F. C. Schramm, the. newly-elected president, pres-ident, presided, and infused new life into the organization. The orchestra feels itself fortunate in having Mrs. Schramm as president, because of her native enthusiasm, and her executive experience. ex-perience. The orchestra organization is very complete this fall, and a very successful success-ful season is anticipated. The membership member-ship campaign has been started with a vim, and already almost half of the specified number has been subscribed. Each member of the board and orches- j tra is personally concerned in the cam- paign and in the superior productions for the concerts. The members at the meeting were Mrs. F. C. Schramm. C. .1.
