NO ALL state team is selected for the girls but at the end of the school year an all-star team is picked to participle in a game. Only stipulation is that the girls have to be seniors. The girls athletic programs in the high schools are growing, grow-ing, and that's good. Right now the girls participate in track, swimming, tennis, basketball, volleyball and gymnastics. ALL GIRLS at the high schools are eligible to play and the various coaches urge their participation, dw |
