Mr. Parkin came before the council asking for a certificate cer-tificate of occupancy. THE Campbell Const. Company Com-pany are the builders of Cobble Cob-ble Creek subdivision. Some of the homes in that area have been completed and the buyers are anxious to move in. However because of weather factors the contractors contrac-tors have been unable to asphalt the road into the subdivision sub-division and the city has an ordinance stating that a certificate cer-tificate of occupancy wouldn't be issued until an asphalted road was provided. MR. PARKIN indicated that several families have already moved into the subdivision sub-division but that his company had advised them it was against a city ordinance. He then stressed that it wouldn't be a positive action to bring charges against these people who have just moved into the city.
