AND THE water swiem of the city has met or surpassed II Stale Health requirements The Planning (. ommission also reported a busy year last year having accomplished the following undertakings; They approved 25 home occupation oc-cupation licenses, which is to say 25 residences have the city's approval to conduct their business from their . homes. ONLY ONE application for rezoning was accepted by the commission, while on the other hand four such requests were denied. The number of requests for building permits for commercial com-mercial use that were approved totaled 2H for the year. ONE OF the main concerns of the commission is the growth rate of the city, many new subdivisions are appearing appear-ing all over the city. Last year the commission approved 10 preliminary plans for new subdivisions, they also granted 8 final approvals for subdivisions. These eight subdivisions represent a total of 143 lots. THEY ALSO granted approval to five multi-family applications (or h total of 32 units.
