Show Bountiful Ice Show In April Most everyone at one time or another has seen a professional profes-sional ice show, but how many have had the privilege of watching an amateur ice review? THIS YEAR, Bountiful Recreation Center Ice Arena will present a star studded production called, An American Salute, a show-sanctioned show-sanctioned by the United States Figure Skating Association, As-sociation, with major competitors compe-titors from the Utah Figure Skating Club and local Bountiful Boun-tiful Class Pupils providing the entertainment. The reason we say it is a privilege to watch this review is because every soloist participating par-ticipating has competed either in Regional, Sectional, National Na-tional or World Competitions. MANY HAVE won exclusive titles, the most recent being Miss Suzie Brasher who is just back from capturing the Junior World Championship in France. Three other outstanding out-standing World Competitors will be skating in the show, namely Men's Champion, Charlie Tickner, and the Gold Dance Team of Michelle Ford and Glen Patterson. Since these skaters are also competitors every jump, spin and edge will be executed with the unique style only a champion cham-pion can achieve. It will be an outstanding display of the best figure skating in the World, and you don't even have to go to Innsbruck! TICKETS WILL go on sale at the Bountiful Recreation Center, 150 West 600 North in Mid April. The Ice Show will be presented at the Bountiful Arena on April 29 and 30 and May 1 at 8 p.m. and a Saturday Matinee on May 1 at 2 p.m. |
