NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that an appeal has been filed with the Centerville Board of Adjustments Adjust-ments by Mr. Marvin Blosch requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Blosch is requesting permission permis-sion to construct a duplex dwelling in the Evergreen Subdivision with a 14 foot rear yard (30 foot rear yard is required by Ordinance). For the purpose of hearing arguments for or against the granting of this variance, the Centerville Board of Adjustment Adjust-ment will hold a public hearing hear-ing on WEDNESDAY, May 10. 1978, at 7:30 P.M. in the Centerville City Office, 521 North 400 West, Centerville.
