Show Named President Of Centerville So. Stake ! '11 !, ' $ I ROBERTA. TRUMP At the conference held last Saturday and Sunday, April 8 and 9, Robert Austin Trump was called and sustained as the president of the newly created Centerville South Stake. THIS conference was presided over by Elder LeGrand Richards of the First Council of Twelve and William N. Jones, Regional representative. His first counselor is Bishop Ralph R. Durtschi and second counselor is Bishop Melvin C. Green. Derrell B. Tingey was sustained stake patriarch. He will join President Leroy H. Duncan who will also serve as patriarch of the Centerville Utah South Stake. PRESIDENT Trump has served as counselor to President Smoot for the past four and a half years. Prior to that position he served as bishop of the Centerville Sixth Ward. President Durtschi has served as bishop in Salt Lake City and most recently as a high councilor in the Centerville Utah Stake. President Green has served in bishoprics, as a member of the General Aaronic Priesthood Committee of the church and most recently presided over the Centerville Seventh Ward as bishop. PATRIARCH Tingey has served as counselor to President Smoot and also President Joseph A. Kjar for the past seven and a half years. Prior to that he served as stake executive secretary and as bishop to the Centerville Center-ville Third Ward. Each stake has six wards and the Centerville Utah South Stake consists of Wards One, Three, Five, Six, Seven and Eleven. |
