Show NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held at 8:00 p.m. on April 20th, 1978 in the Farmington City Offices at 286 South 200 East, in Farmington, Utah before the City Council for the purpose of considering the advisability ad-visability of amending the Farmington City Zoning Ordinance Or-dinance by adding a Section ll-4-6.5as follows: :'- 11-4-6.5 OFF-SITE " IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED. The applicant for a building permit for all dwellings, commercial or industrial structures and all other business and public or semi-public semi-public buildings shall provide highback curb, gutter and sidewalk along the entire property line which abutts any public road or street. Vehicular entrance en-trance to the property shall be provided as required in Section 11, Chapter 5. Height, location, loca-tion, . structural specifications maximum and minimum curb radii and the minimum roadway road-way approach angles to the center line of the street are subject to -approval of Farmington City. If in the judgment of Farmington City, the immediate installation of said improvements is not in the best interest of the area, the applicant shall execute a Lien upon the property in the amount of the proposed improvement. Should the applicant or his successor suc-cessor in ownership desire, they have the option op-tion immediately or at a future time, to release this Lien upon placing in Escrow the amount of the estimated cost of the improvement.
