Show DUPMeet The annual South Davis County Daughters of Utah Pioneers convention was held with South Center Davis in the historic Farmington Rock Meeting House, Saturday, April 8. IT WAS very well attended by both counties. The theme of the convention was "Healthy Growth Requires New Branches." Programs were prepared by Helen Hughes and Geo Page. "Melody of Memories" was presented by Sue Parkin, niece of Blanch Moss, only living charter member of the Hutaw Camp and Karla Cleverly, granddaughter of Blanch Moss. They were accompanied ac-companied by Ruth Moss Cleverly, daughter of Blanch. This special number was enjoyed en-joyed by all. THE VAL Verda CamD furnished fur-nished a double duet, "Starry Night for a Ramble" and "Echo Canyon" sung by Nancy Kilpatrick, Pat Collard, Gloria Paakanen and Renee Powell accompanied by Evelyn Gibby. Both songs were from our pioneer song book and very well presented. NANCY . ADAMS and Shirley Smith from the Margaret Mar-garet Cowan Bryson Camp assisted with the book. and supply sales. The song book for our county was won by the Maria Wood Robinson Camp. Relic display in the cultural hall was prepared by Mary Jo Rawlins. THE COVERED wagowC decorations were prepared by the Five Point Camp. : Our South Davis County is having a "Brigham's Birth- ;: day Bazaar" to help earn lunds for us.
