YOUNG IS DfflMT LEHI Was Widow of Branch Young and a Utah Pioneer Pio-neer of 1847. LEHI, July G. Mrs. Parmelia Babcock Young, widow of Branch Young, of Mona, Juab county, died here yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. A. Goodwin. She hud resided in Lehi for the past eight years, much of which time she had been an invalid. She was a pioneer of 1S-17 and was born in Illinois on October 6, 1S37. Her husband was a Black Hawk Indian war veteran. She is survived by ten children, Johnson, John-son, Ashbel, Branch, R. D., Herbert, Henry and Alouzo Young, Mrs. Samatha Yates, Mrs. Ada Sittley and Mrs. Hettie Goodwin. Mrs. Goodwin lives In Lehi, Johnson in Gunnison and the others in Mona. The body will be- taken to Mona tomorrow to-morrow for burial beside that of her husband. |
