NEARING CONTACT ON t, THE BINGHAM-TOOELE The work of driving' the main' tunnel - fihead on llie Bingham Tooele property, j,; located in an unorganized- mining dis-. dis-. 1 1 iet and adjoining the Utah Metals & Tunnel company's property of the Bing-'1 Bing-'1 ham district, has been resumed. A heavy flow of water Is run-, run-, ning from the east side of the tunnel "-'and the indications are that the breast i is near the contact between the quartzite nr ai'd the limestone where it is cut by the ((.porphyry dike. Recently the miners took .. up feet of. track, braced the timbers and relaid the track. The tunnel Is now in good working shape.
