Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 2nd day of May, 1990, at 9:00 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by STATESMAN MORTGAGE COMPANY formerly known as FEDERATED FINANCIAL CORPORATION, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by EDWARD C. BOUZA and KIM MARIE V. BOUZA, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded November 6, 1985 as Entry No. 0718072, in Book 1060, at Page 385, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of FIRST SECURITY REALTY SERVICES SER-VICES CORP, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded June 26,1989, as Entry No. 862130 in Book 1299, at Page 1104, of said official records.
