Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse at 50 E. State Street, Farmington, Utah on April 16, 1990 at 1:00 p.m. of said day for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust dated August 21, 1986 and recorded August 22, 1986 as Entry No. 0749362 in Eook 1107 at Page 1069, in the off -ial records of Davis County, State of Utah, executed by ALBERT R. PETERSON AND PEGGY PETERSON, husband and wife, as Trustors, in favor of MountainWcst Savings and Loan, a Utah corporation, as Beneficiary, covering the real property located at approximately 200 North 1800 West, West Point, Utah.
