He noted that some residents of southeast Bountiful are almost landlocked when it comes to having a main artery for transportation. Bountiful s cost of the proposed project both north and south of the section located within the unincorporated area - will cost an estimated $90,000 and will be completed only if the funds are appropriated ap-propriated m the city's 1990-91 capital improvements budget, the I council decided. Davis County's cost for expansion of its three-block section is expected ex-pected to be about $60,000 - a total of $150,000 for the entire im- provement project. The south extension of Davis Boulevard is located primarily within Bountiful city limits, with the section from North Canyon I Road to 3400 South being located in the unincorporated area. The street from North Canyon to 3100 South (Val Verda Arch Road) is already completed. The section being completed by Bountiful already has a road base and will be paved. Curbs, gutters and sidewalks will be paid by property prop-erty owners as the lots are developed, it was explained. |
