Ailing Resident Dies, Services Conducted Thomas Joseph Bryant, 59, died Monday afternoon after a lingering linger-ing illness and funeral services were conducted Wednesday in the First Ward Chapel. Mr. Bryant was born in Cedar City on Oct. 17, 1901, a son of James A. and Jane K. Jones Bryant, and had spent his life here. He was a farmer and livestock live-stock man throughout his life. Survivors include the following brothers and sisters: Arthur J., Orson J., and Roston M. Bryant, Mrs. Hannah Perry and Mrs. Rachel Ra-chel D. Gower, all of Cedar City; Mrs. Rhoda C. Carter. Salt Lake City; Mrs. Ramona Forbes, St. George, and Mrs. Olivia J. White, Redding, Calif.
