" - l ' s 4 . ....t . - hill Tl - - ...'.111 JOE ROBERTS CSU Pace Setter "Joe" Roberts Named Year's Pace Setter By College Students The Pace-Setter of the year for 1960-61 was named at the annual Awards Assembly at College of Southern Utah Tuesday. Student Council Executive Marian Andrews An-drews said that the Council has picked Assistant Superintendent of Buildings Joseph Roberts for the honor. Miss Andrews pointed out that "Joe" was first on the Job and last to leave at nearly every student function held on the campus. "He was the greatest extra-mile person on campus, in everyone's opinion," she said. Mr. Roberts joined the CSU staff in 1947 from his home ins Alabama. He was Branch PresN dent of the Elkmont LDS branch and is active in church affairs. Hobbies include gardening and photography when time permits. He and Mrs. Roberts have also-managed also-managed the Zion Motel for the past 8 years. They have two sons, Wayne and Gail.
