Show Coordinating Council Appoints Committee To Question Citizens The Parowan Coordinating Council is interested in learning learn-ing the real needs and desires of the familites In the city in terms of what should be done to make it a better place in which to live. The council is interested in-terested in such things as what are its strong points, problems, needs, and who are the recognized recog-nized leaders. The council is alto interested in the feeling of the families as to how adequate are the services and opportunities offered. of-fered. In an attempt to find these answers, an-swers, a committee has been appointed ap-pointed by the council to contact each family and have them fill out a rather comprehensive questionnaire. ques-tionnaire. The results of this survey sur-vey will then be compiled to get a better idea as to what areas the council should consider in an attempt to coordinate the efforts of the organizations in the city to work toward the same goals. Those who have been chosen to assist in this effort have been asked to meet with the council at the next regular meeting on Tuesday June 6. At this time the use of the questionnaire will be explained by Wallace Sjoblom, Iron County agent, after which methods of circulating will be discussed. All those interested persons are invited to attend. |
