Notice is hereby given that the Board of Oil, Gas and Mining, State of Utah, conducted a hearing hear-ing on Thursday, April 30, 1981, at 9:00 a.m., in the Executive Conference Room - Holiday Inn, 1659 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, in the above entitled cause, at which time the Board approved ap-proved the application to establish 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas from the Morrison Formation underlying the following described lands in Uintah County, Utah: TOWNSHIP 5 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST.S.L.M., Section 16: SM; Section 17: SE4; Section 19: SV2; Section 20: ALL; Section 28: NV2; Section 29: N'2; Section 30: ALL. The Board also approved approv-ed the application with respect to the WV2 of Section Sec-tion 21 of said Township and Range provided that each working and royalty interest owner is notified, as required by law, that the applicant is requesting re-questing an exception from an established well spacing pattern, specifically from 160 acres to 80 acres.
